A COLLECTION OF THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS

My story starts when my family moved to Canada when I was 17. As I was trying to find my way as a newcomer, I fell into marketing out of necessity. I started working brand events and talking to people about Canada's best brands. That experience led to a career in marketing starting in Experiential, and now running an integrated creative agency, FUSE Create, as SVP Managing Director, Partner. I love using creativity to solve brand challenges, working with smart people to make work that Turns Head, and I love our industry.

That said, our industry has work to do to be better to it's people, to be more inclusive, and to provide an environment that young people want to work in. This is how I spend my personal time - working as a leader, mentor, and champion in leaving this industry better than I found it. This is my personal mission, and what fulfills me outside the day to day of the incredible agency I lead.
